Design Copyrights - Any and all designs and artwork are registered copyrights of DK1Designs. Unless otherwise specified, all materials appearing on this site, including the text, site design, logos, graphics, icons, and images, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof, are the sole property of this Store., Copyright © 2010, ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. You may use the content of this site only for the purpose of shopping on this site or placing an order on this site and for no other purpose. No materials from this site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without our prior written permission. Processing Orders - Once you have placed an order with DK1Designs, you will receive an automated response letting you know that your order has been received. Once a DK1Designs staff member is able to begin your order, you will then receive an e-mail saying that your order is being 'Processed', which simply means that we have began putting your products together, getting ready for shipping.
Custom orders, such as Graphic Kits, Number Plates and Racer Id Shirts, generally take about a week to fully process, but processing times may be longer. We cannot guarantee processing times on all orders. Products that we keep on hand and in stock, such as clothing, are generally processed and shipped same day.
Shipping - All US Domestic orders placed with DK1Designs will be shipped via UPS, and all orders small enough will be shipped in a USPS envelope. If available, you will be sent a tracking number with your Shipping e-mail, so that you may keep track of your order.
Promo Codes - Discount and Promo codes are only available for the original intended user. Promo codes may not be shared by multiple parties, or sold to another individual. Sponsorship Codes may only be used by current DK1Designs sponsored athletes. All orders that use the Sponsorship Promo codes and are shipped to an unknown address will be canceled and returned.
Returns -
All sales are FINAL. Absolutely no returns, refunds or exchanges. DK1Designs is not responsible for any and all products incorrectly ordered. DK1Designs will, however, properly exchange any orders that have been incorrectly processed on our part (E.G. wrong shirt design/ size shipped). If an order is incorrectly processed by DK1Designs, we will offer either a 100% refund on the order after the product has been returned, or an exchange for the correct product.
Privacy - We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience. Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.
Deposits - Any and all deposits for DK1Designs Services and/or products are Non-Refundable, unless specified by a representative. Deposits may not be exchanged for other products and/or services. Deposits may not be exchanged for any form of currency.
To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to the Sample Store site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.
When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the Sample Store site. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.
